Your rights, our commitments
Four documents, written to be read. They tell you who publishes WiNet, what data we process, what you agree to when you open an account, and how to delete it.
The four texts that govern WiNet
Each document is dated and applies to the Manager app, the WiFi portal and this website. WiNet is published from Yaoundé, Cameroon. If there is a significant update, we tell you in the app or by email.
Legal notice

See the procedureOur four commitments, in plain language
This summary has no legal force: only the full texts are binding. It is here so that you know, in a minute, where you stand.
These four points come up in almost every question we receive. They apply to the manager opening their first zone as much as to the one running several.
- No data resold. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising purposes.
- No payments in the app. Customers pay only on the WiFi portal; the app shows your balance and lets you request a payout to Mobile Money.
- Account deletion at any time. From "My account" in the app, or by email from your account's address.
- Strict separation between managers. A manager never has access to another manager's data.
