The same network, four different businesses

A busy street corner, a hotel, a campus and a multi-site network all sell Internet access. But not at the same price, not for the same length of time, and not at the same pace. Here is how to fit WiNet to your location.

What the location really changes

This table sums up the differences we see most often from one type of zone to another. The bundles listed are examples of how a price list can be built, not prices we impose: you set your own amounts in the app.

Location Typical bundles Sales pattern What to watch
Neighbourhood, shop, call box Very short: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, a day. Steady through the day, with a strong peak in the late afternoon and the evening. Staying in line with the prices charged right next door.
Hotel, bar, restaurant As long as the meal or the night: 2 hours, an evening, 24 hours, a whole stay. In waves, tied to meals, evenings and guest arrivals. Keeping guest access separate from staff access.
School, university, hall of residence Long and cheap: a day, a week, a month. Sharp peaks between classes, dead quiet during the holidays. Sharing the bandwidth so a whole class stays connected.
Multi-site business, local ISP A different price list per neighbourhood, tested zone by zone. Several zones added together, with very different curves from one site to the next. Knowing quickly which router is offline and who is going out to fix it.

What never changes, wherever you are

Whatever the zone, the chain is the same: your MikroTik router is enrolled and configured automatically, your customers buy their voucher on the captive portal, and the money lands on the zone balance.

You never pay anything inside the app, and no feature is held back for a paid account. You collect first, then you trigger a payout to your Mobile Money number. Anything you spend along the way, such as hardware bought from another manager or a job given to a technician, is settled directly with the person concerned, outside WiNet.

  • One Manager app, already usable in your browser.
  • A very light captive portal, built for slow networks.
  • Payment by the mobile money of the zone's country, or by bank card.
  • Payout to your Mobile Money number, in one tap.
  • One commission per sale, no subscription, nothing to pay up front.

The hardware stays the same

One MikroTik router with an Internet connection is enough to start, from a call box to a campus. The installation guide covers the wiring and the enrolment.

The portal wears your colours

Name, logo, main colour, advert image and WhatsApp button are set zone by zone. Every portal template is free.

Your data stays yours

Each manager sees only their own zones, their own sales and their own balance. No other manager can reach them.
