Distribute WiNet in your town

Do you sell network hardware, set up WiFi zones, or talk to shopkeepers every day? Let's work together: you bring the ground presence, WiNet brings the platform, the portal, the collection of payments and the monitoring.

Three ways to work together

Pick the role that matches your business

A WiNet partnership does not require you to buy anything and charges no joining fee. It starts with a conversation, fits around what you already do, and is formalised afterwards.

Hardware reseller

You run a computer shop or you import equipment. You sell managers the MikroTik routers and compatible access points, with the assurance that they will work with WiNet from the moment they are enrolled.

Compatible hardware

Partner installer

You are a network company or a local ISP and you roll out several zones a month. You keep your customer relationships, your teams and your job sites; WiNet becomes the software layer that sells and collects payment for your zones.

The multi-site case

Referrer

Neighbourhood association, cooperative, traders' group, local operator: you install nothing yourself, but you know the people who ought to open a zone. You introduce them to us and you support them as they start out.

Neighbourhood zones

Who brings what

The split is simple: you are on the ground, we run the platform. The commercial terms for each profile are discussed case by case and shared on request.

ProfileWhat you bringWhat WiNet brings
Hardware reseller The stock of routers and access points, buying advice, and your shop's warranty and after-sales service. The list of compatible hardware, automatic configuration at enrolment, and referring the managers in your town to you.
Partner installer Your teams, your job sites, mounting the access points, and the relationship with the end customer. The platform, the captive portal, Mobile Money and card collection, and remote monitoring of the routers.
Referrer Your network of traders, the introduction to future managers, and hands-on support at the start. Account creation, guides in French, email support, and technician missions where needed.
All profiles Your knowledge of your town and its neighbourhoods. A single point of contact at WiNet and an answer within 24 working hours.

How to start a partnership

There is no endless application pack, and no volume commitment to sign before we have even spoken. The path has four steps.

  • You write to us. An email with the subject "Devenir partenaire ou revendeur", telling us your line of business, the towns you cover and how many zones or managers you expect to support.
  • We talk. A call or a meeting to understand your business, check that the hardware you sell is compatible, and set the commercial terms.
  • We open a first zone together. A real case, from plugging in the router to the first sale on the portal, so your team sees the product work end to end.
  • We formalise it. Once the first rollout has gone well, the terms of the partnership are put in writing and you become our reference in your area.

The hardware listings space

The Manager app includes a listings space where managers offer their hardware — routers, access points, accessories. WiNet is not an intermediary there: there is no order, no payment and no delivery tracking in the app. The buyer sees the listing, calls the seller, and the sale is concluded directly between them.

It is a natural way in for a reseller: you post your stock, the managers in your town call you, and you remain their contact for the sale, the warranty and any replacement — WiNet does not step in and does not guarantee anything on your behalf.

The catalogue, the models selected and the supply terms are agreed with each partner. Write to us to discuss it.

Partner questions

Do I have to pay to become a partner?+

No. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no minimum stock required to talk to us. As with managers, WiNet earns a single commission taken on sales made through the portal, with nothing paid upfront by you. The applicable rate is set when the partnership is put in place — write to us.

Can I sell routers that I do not supply myself?+

Yes, but the hardware has to be compatible. WiNet works with MikroTik routers running RouterOS: enrolment configures them automatically over a secure tunnel. If you are unsure about a model, send us the exact reference before you build up stock and we will tell you whether it is suitable.

Can I see the revenue of the managers I bring in?+

No, and that is deliberate. Every manager account is walled off: nobody but the manager can see their zones, their sales or their balance. What we share with a partner comes from the terms agreed between us, never from a manager's private data.

What if a manager needs an installer on site?+

A mission can be opened so that a technician installs or repairs the zone; it is paid by debiting the manager's balance. If you are a partner installer, your teams can take these missions in your town. An independent technician goes through the Become a technician page.
