WiNet's management acts as publication director for the website and the content published on it. Any request relating to publication may be sent to [email protected].
3. Hosting and service providers
- Marketing website (winetapp.org): hosted by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.).
- Application infrastructure: hosted by Amazon Web Services.
- Payment provider: MyCoolPay, for processing customer payments and payouts to Mobile Money.
Details of the data passed to these providers can be found in the privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property
The WiNet trade mark, the logo and the contents of this website (text, illustrations, graphic elements and software) belong to WiNet. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
5. Reporting content or abuse
To report unlawful content, fraudulent use of a WiFi zone or any other abuse connected with the service, write to [email protected], stating the zone or account concerned and the evidence you have.
6. Applicable documents
Use of the service is governed by two documents:
- the privacy policy, which describes the data processed and your rights;
- the terms of service, which describe the account, payments and each party's responsibilities.
