Who answers you
WiNet is published by a small African team, which looks after the thirteen countries served itself. That same team reads your messages, configures the zones and tracks the payments — there is no middleman between you and us.
We answer within 24 working hours. At weekends and on public holidays the wait can be longer; for a zone that is down, put “URGENT” in the subject line of your message.
The publisher’s detailed legal information is provided on request, and the public particulars appear in our legal notice.
